Rethink Your Workspace opened in 2017 as one of Newcastle's first professional coworking spaces. The thinking behind it hasn't changed. An established, independent business should have the kind of workplace a large firm takes for granted, without having to run it. Our space is thoughtfully designed with this in mind and our tenants’ success is our priority.
We keep the building boutique by design and choose our tenants with care. Most come to us with a clear sense of where their business is heading, and many have chosen to stay here for years. That continuity makes the rest of our work possible. We know who we're looking after, and we notice when their needs start to change.

Every tenancy begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your work and your team before a space is offered, so the businesses around you are ones you'd choose to work beside.

The Upkeep Is Ours.
Internet, cleaning, kitchen supplies and mail are managed by us, not by you. The everyday running of a workplace stays off your desk, and your team's hours go to your clients instead.

Visitors, Expertly Welcomed
Your clients are expected when they arrive. They're greeted by name, and we contact you personally, which says something about your business before the meeting starts.

Time to Plan Together
We check in with tenants regularly. When a team is growing or getting smaller, we usually hear about it early, and we'd rather plan the next step with you well ahead than make room at short notice.

The Same Faces, From Your First Visit Onwards
Rethink is run by a small team who know the building and everyone in it. You'll deal with the same people from the day you first walk through the door to every renewal after, and that familiarity is a large part of why tenants stay.
We recognise every business is unique and their workspace requirements vary. Our team thrives on a client-centric approach, taking the time to understand the unique needs of each business that chooses our work space. From assisting with space customisation to providing on demand administrative support, our dedicated, long term team ensure our tenants have everything they need to succeed.

Cassandra, Little Big Boss (CEO)
Cassandra founded Rethink Your Workspace in 2017, after working in financial planning, accounting and a pub! Cassandra has always been focused on client centric, meaningful and inspiring spaces. She sets the direction for the building and is closely involved in choosing who joins it.

Glenys, Solutionist – Operations Manager
Glenys oversees the day-to-day running of Rethink, from tenancies and meeting rooms to the small details tenants rarely need to think about. When a business's needs change, she's usually the first to hear about it and the one who works out how to accommodate them.

Leyla, Space Coordinator
Leyla looks after the front desk and is often the first person your clients meet. She manages visitor arrivals, meeting room set-up and deliveries, making sure rooms are ready before anyone needs them.
