We don't fill desks.
We build a floor.
Most flexible workspaces will take whoever signs first. We won't.
Before anyone moves in, we look at who's already here — what they do, how they work, how loud their Tuesday afternoons get. We think about whether a new business will add something to the floor or take something from it. Sometimes that means a desk sits empty a little longer.
We're comfortable with that.
The result is a floor of professionals who are genuinely glad to see each other in the kitchen. Referrals happen. Collaborations happen. And on the days you just want to put your head down, nobody's taken your chair.
